Lady Gaga’s “Bad Romance” video, full of sky-high Alexander McQueen heels, bizarre costumes and “Thriller”-esque dancing, reigned supreme as YouTube’s Most Watched Video of All Time. And then came Bieber.
The 16-year-old pop sensation’s video for “Baby” featuring Ludacris, stomped all over Gaga’s video. Friday morning, YouTube announced that Justin Bieber’s video had been watched 245,746,720 times, while Gaga’s was at a measly 245,570,952 views.
This Bieber-mania is amazing. It’s hard to believe that just a year ago, none of us had ever heard of the kid, and now, here he is putting out hit after hat, being chased by hysterical fans and beating Lady Gaga’s records. She’d better hurry up and make sure she gets some more Facebook fans, or she might lose that title to Biebs, too.
