Britney Spears has been spotted with multiple neck tattoos located on her neck, of all places! The pop singer, designer, mother of two was shopping for toys and Play-Doh with boyfriend/Hollywood agent Jason Trawick in Woodland Hills, CA when she was photographed.
Britney wore some shorts that were so short they exposed her inner pockets, a tank with a pink lace bra peeking out from underneath, heels, shades, and a messy bun. At this point, Britney Spears is liable to do anything and nothing will truly surprise us, but neck tattoos? Come on Britney! Let’s hope the new ink isn’t permanent.
