Violence.  We hear about it daily. Some of us have been victims of it, some of us are guilty of it, and some of us are just standing by, wishing there was something more we could do to stop this non-sense of humans killing off one another and this segragation amongst the human race.  Yet, a lot of us still feel helpless.  It frustrates us that there is so much that we can do to stop this nightmare we call VIOLENCE, yet we don’t know how.  We can just watch from afar, and pray for others as we read in the news about more and more of our loved ones getting killed or hurt every single second, of every single day.  The question is:  So, what CAN we do to help? What CAN we do to stop this?

Well, that is why I am writing this article.  For the past couple of weeks, I have single handedly witnessed a lot of violence.  Not only amongst my own friends, loved ones, and yes, even I, myself, but I have also witnessed this amongst hundreds of thousands of other people who get in contact with me via online social networking websites, such as Twitter, Gossip Sites, etc.
Being on the forefront of it all, I have disected and tried to break down every little detail to try to understand all of this and where this is all stemming from.  I have tried to sit here for weeks now, by myself, in my own thoughts, to try to come to an understanding as to why human beings can be so cruel to one another when we don’t have to be?  In case you have forgotten, yes, being cruel is a choice.  It is a PERSONAL decision you make on your own account when you decided you want to verbally attack someone for no reason other then you wanting to be a cruel person, whether you realize it or not.  If you think about it, why do you do it?  I’ve wondered that myself and that is why I am here, and here is what I have come up with:
I have noticed that these days, people are becoming more and more violent and it keeps growing every single day at a very alarming rate.  I have come to the conclusion that this is all stemming from the world suffering a horrible RECESSION!
People are losing their jobs, going hungry, losing their houses, not enough money to feed their kids, and the stress of everything combined has caused a lot of built up stress and anger from people that immediately results in violent behavior.  People are getting fed up of the pressures of life.  The pressures of “How do I make ends meet to pay my rent for next month?”  The pressures of “I am working 3 jobs just so I can feed my family and I am in NO MOOD to play nice at this point and I don’t have time for anyone’s bullshit!” Therefore, they start take out their frustrations on everybody else….And as the result of that, the children of these parents, become neglect and start to find ways to wander the streets to find something else to do without a good role model at home to spend time with them.  To take them to football practice, or enroll them in extracurricular activities that will give them hope and something to look forward to in life.  They don’t feel the stability and  they start to feel unloved and unworthy.  They feel like they don’t have a good shot in life of making their dreams come true….of maybe one day growing up to be a fireman, or a professional athlete, or becoming a doctor.
Those dreams and hopes just seem so far stretched and out of reach that they turn to violence instead.   Th
