On Saturday night, in Washington, DC, Hollywood stars, political pundits, beautiful looking women and the President of The United States, Barack Obama, all got together for what some call the #NerdProm, but others call The White House Correspondents Dinner.
As Time Square in NYC was dealing with a car bomb that could have possibly killed thousands, the stars hits DC.
Some of our favorite celebs were in the house including Justin Bieber, Kim Kardashian, Rosario Dawson, Gabby Sidibe, Marlon Wayans, Jessica Alba and Iron Girl 2 Scarlett Johansson.
As tradition would hold, the President delivered a speech in which he takes some jabs at his friends, colleagues and sometimes foes.
Some of the highlights included:
‘I happen to know that my approval ratings are still very high in the country of my birth.’ Making fun of those who question where he was born.
Obama took a little swipe at his rival, John McCain, who recently said he wasn’t a maverick. ‘We know what happens in Arizona when you don’t have an ID. … Adios amigos,’ Obama joked, referring to the new law passed in Arizona.
