Detroit might be in a state of emergency, news coming out of D-Town now is that a 14-year-old girl is now facing charges of shooting a 13-year-old girl in the leg.
It started as a spat at school and moved to a home near the intersection of 24th and Michigan Avenue in southwest Detroit. Police say a 13-year-old girl brought her friends to confront a 14-year-old girl. At the door of the home, the 14-year-old was allegedly punched in the face.
Police say the 14-year-old responded by grabbing a .38 caliber revolver from the home and firing one shot into the leg of the 13-year-old girl.
