Nicki Minaj was almost unrecognizable without her multicolored wigs and colorful skin-tight outfits, but this look is becoming and she looks absolutely elegant.

However talented could be one; her accomplishments have led her to new heights of hip hop success and more importantly a spot of this Tastemakers Issue.
