Wassup everybody it’s your boy Ryan Leslie checkin’ in from my New York neighborhood – Harlem. I moved here in 2003 when I first got my start in the music industry, I fell in love, and I haven’t left since. Matter of fact, I’m actually really proud to be a Harlem resident. I made some of my biggest records here, and it feels good to contribute to its already rich artistic history. Most of all, I love the people of Harlem. They remind me of the importance of community and they keep me grounded. So, when adidas asked me to be a part of their augmented reality virtual neighborhood, you know I couldn’t resist. So when you go to the adidas originals website and you hold up your shoe, I’ll be there to welcome you to my virtual neighborhood. But right now, I’m in my real neighborhood with some real adidas gear that they hooked me up with for free and in the spirit of neighborhood, I would like to do the same for you. So that means, if you’re not already, follow me on twitter (twitter.com/ryanleslie), and let me know why I should hook you up with some adidas apparel. Let me know what you’re doing in your community to make it better. The best answers will be getting some free adidas gear from yours truly, adidas, and the folks at globalGrind. So what are you waiting for?
