Some of you may remember seeing this picture of Beyonce in front of The Sphinx in Egypt. Well it looks like she’s getting attacked by a well respected Historian named Zahi Hawass for her lack of knowledge about Egypt. Hawass referred Jay-Z wife as a ‘stupid person’.
According to contactmusic.com He recently told the press ‘I showed her the Sphinx and I gave her a book on King Tutankhamen,’ during his self-guided tour. The reporter says, ‘Then he stopped being diplomatic and said in anger, ‘She’s a stupid person and she doesn’t understand a thing and she doesn’t want to understand… She’s coming here to take pictures and that’s it.”
I wonder what would happen if Beyonce brought him into the studio or tried to show him a few dance moves, then how ‘SMART’ would he be. Not to mention if someone asked him to Mix a song, or turn the vocals up on track 3, or fix the levels on her mic.. Just because someone doesn’t understand curses, mummy’s or the details of King Tut and the Sphinx doesn’t mean their stupid. People still aren’t quite sure how the pyramids were built. I know he’s the leading his field, but name calling is never called for, hopefully he’ll apologize soon.
