I’ve heard the news of how Walmart has priced black Barbie dolls at a significantly lower price than the white Barbie dolls, yesterday I wanted to see for myself. So I went to a local Target to investigate for myself and sure enough, even though the price difference is minor, the point they are showing is still evident. So, I posted the photos on my wall on Facebook and sure enough I get these comments, "
Is there something im supposed to see? read your last comment. There’s a reason they’re cheaper, they don’t sell as well. It’s statiscally shown that even black girls as well as white girls prefer white Barbie dolls. And if a doll doesn’t sell, then the price goes down." That’s what being sheltered and going to a community Southern college does to someone!
