The guys that brought you the adorable Cheerios commercial reaction video are back!
Remember this fed up student who couldn’t take being handed class packets anymore and confronted his teacher about it?
Well, a group of high school students have now also seen him and are voicing their opinions on they think about the whole ordeal. And yes, it’s safe to say we all wish we had the balls to talk to our half-assed educators the way he did.
To jog your memory, here’s a bit of student Jeff Bliss’ rant:
“You gotta take this job serious, this is the future of this nation. And when you come in here, like you did last time, and make a statement, about ‘oh, this is my paycheck’ — indeed it is. But this is my country’s future, and my education.”
And basically, this was the auto-response from teenagers who watched the video:
“AMEN!”
Another student had this to say about her own learning experience:
“That’s my life, reading packets, taking notes, teachers don’t teach anymore.”
And while the consensus was that Jeff’s rant was heard ’round the world (when the original video was uploaded in May it went viral), they also didn’t expect the long-haired, baggy jeans wearing teen to speak up the way he did.
Which obviously says something about the negative stereotypes we pick up as children, but hey, let’s battle one thing at a time.
The fact that these teens are all sick of not being taught is what warms our hearts about this reaction video.
