Chrissy Teigen is stealing all the attention on the cover of Vegas Magazine and she looks damn good doing it. Last night, the supermodel and bride-to-be celebrated the launch of the issue at Azure Luxury Pool inside The Palazzo Hotel with friends and family.

The issue, now on stands, features Chrissy and her Colgate smile, as well as some inside scoop on her wedding, confidence and taste in food. Take a look at some photos and what she had to say.

Although Chrissy has a slamming body and must maintain her figure as a swimsuit model, she admits:

I will eat anything, and I’m actually more interested in eating than cooking. I love to cook, but when you’re cooking for a big group of people, you’re always worried about how it’s going. I don’t end up eating a lot by the time it’s all done. But eating a great meal at a great restaurant? That is it for me. There’s nothing I love more.

The model even once wanted to attend culinary school and says “eating is one of life’s greatest pleasures.”

The 27-year-old goes on to say:

I can’t eat whatever I want all the time, but I don’t deny myself either. I’ll have a great meal and then say to myself that I can’t eat like that tomorrow. I eat pretty normally unless I’m getting ready for a bathing suit photo shoot, and I’ve been getting into juices for that—things like kale and apple, not those disgusting cleanses with the cayenne and the maple syrup. I did that once and was staring at a cracker, and then I finally ate it and felt terrible about it! That’s no way to live.

But Teigen hasn’t always been the confident girl she is now.

Modeling had never crossed my mind. For someone as insecure as I was, it didn’t seem possible.

After fellow model Brooklyn Decker introduced her to the team at Sports Illustrated, Chrissy continued to rise and her success continue to flourish. Last May, she even dominated the TV screens as she hosted Vh1 competition series Model Employee.

I actually think I’m better in front of a television camera than a still camera. I love to talk… obviously. I started crying like a baby. It was embarrassing, but I was so happy. I had been waiting for an opportunity like this.

Chrissy goes on to talk about future hubby John Legend:

He is such a romantic and so completely loving. I am so much crazier than him, but he lets me be myself. Sometimes I’ll say to him, ‘Is it okay to say this?’ And he’ll say, ‘Maybe not, but do whatever you want to do.’

With such a hot fiance, Chrissy says:

But he never gets jealous! I shoot half-naked with male photographers and he’ll just say, ‘Did you get good shots today?

The two have not set a wedding date yet, but have settled for a rustic and intimate ceremony … and no beach.

When it comes to her wedding dress, Chrissy says she has changed it several times, but has found the perfect dress; a Vera Wang original.

There’s just something about her wedding dresses. You try on a lot of others, and then you put on one of hers and there’s just no comparison.
