Anthony Weiner‘s weiner is making national headlines once again, because he’s still sexting.

Right in the middle of his mayoral campaign for New York, new allegations came out that Weiner’s still sending naughty sex messages to women who are not his wife.

While some people are outraged at Weiner’s lack of morals, dedication and respect for his wife, others believe that sexting is a way of life.

Cheating on your wife aside, I do understand that sexting is the way of the future. Back in 2009, USA Today conducted a study of teenagers, saying 91 percent have an e-mail address, and 60 percent have an instant-message screen name. Nearly three-quarters have a cellphone, and 72 percent have profiles on social networking sites.

While those numbers are impressive, CBS took the survey to the next step, reporting that by 2012, 76 percent of teens have been asked to send a sext message. Only 40 percent admitted to actually having sex. While this information is alarming, the reality is that in 5-10 years, something like a sext message transcript can actually make a politician seem more relatable!

Sexting is close to being America’s new pastime.

Here are some of my thoughts on sexting…

First off, people sext when they can’t do this.

It usually starts after a somewhat inappropriate text message, and someone responds….

FYI: Sexting in a meeting is the absolute best. It’s totally worth this.

This is how people look when they are waiting on a reply after sending a sext:

Receiving a good picture gets you in the mood:

Sexting allows women to stay fit, because they have to position themselves like this to take a pic!

Sexting is exactly like this…

Sexting is a form of safe sex.

It’s a form of foreplay.

What you think you look like sending a sexy picture…

What you actually look like:

Don’t forget, it’s really the thought that counts.
