Rumors typically travel pretty quickly, but this is no rumor. The power couple of Mr. and Mrs. Carter decided to share their wealth in a non-traditional, generous way.
Reportedly, the couple has given their full staff $6.4 million dollars in raises. The staff includes those that work at their households and in Jay Z’s 40/40 club. WTF?!
“He’s spreading the wealth around and everyone is blown away… Nobody got left out. A lot of them couldn’t believe it and phoned his personal assistant to check that there hadn’t been some mistake,” a source told the Daily Star about the 43-year-old entrepreneur.
This is not the first act of generosity for Jay and Bey. They also reportedly spent close to $10,000 dollars on baby gifts for North West. Clearly this couple follows the childhood rule of “sharing is caring.”
