New photos recovered during an LAPD and FBI raid reveal that gang life doesn’t just affect the member –  it’s a way of life for their children as well.

The raid resulted in the arrest of three dozen members of the dangerous Rollin’ 30s Harlem Crips gang. But the sheer number of arrests wasn’t the surprising find of the raid. Officers were left stunned after viewing pictures on social media of young children carrying AK-47’s.

One of the images shows a young girl in Disney pajamas and another shows a little boy holding a handgun towards the camera.

“It’s a culture of violence,” said LAPD Commander, Bill Scott. “When you grow up in a culture like that, violence becomes secondary. It becomes second nature. And that’s the cycle we’re trying to disrupt.”
