King Bey is rumored to be dropping a new music video on December 3rd, just one day before her hubby’s birthday.
Not only will that week be big for Hov, but Britney Spears’ Britney Jean album is all set to hit shelves on the 3rd as well, and we hear the timing is no coincidence. According to The NY Daily News, the Queen of the Beyhive didn’t want to release music without any competition to go head-to-head with. (Or in this case, note-to-note).
A source told the publication that Bey:
“Kept pushing it back when she realized she wasn’t going to have any real competition on the charts. Then she got wind of the jam-packed fall release calendar and dreamed up her pop-world power move.”
The week after Britney and Bey (two of the biggest pop stars ever) light up the charts, Lady Gaga’s ARTPOP will also join the lineup.
As far as the B single goes, some reports claim she recorded it “a few weeks ago” and others suggest she’s been had the music and is just waiting for the right moment to put it out.
We all saw Beyonce shooting a music video with Terry Richardson in Coney Island back in August, so hey, you never know. While Bey hasn’t released any music yet, she’s all about this photography life and she recently posted a pic of herself holding Blue Ivy while standing on the beach and staring out into the ocean.
