Not too long ago, the socialite-gone-model surprised the world by posting her sonogram on Instagram. Now, Vanessa’s tooting around a full size bump.
The fashionable duo took their great wardrobes to Vegas for Rev Run’s birthday festivities. The Rev will turn 48 in just three days, but apparently he’s got a head start on the birthday fun.

Vanessa looks so cute with those chubby cheeks of hers. We can’t wait to meet her little princess – that’s right, if you haven’t heard, it’s a girl and she’s a little over 6 months along in her pregnancy… not too much longer to go.
