Unfortunately, we went the entire year without a new album from Queen Bey, but as 2013 comes to a close, the new mother releases a heartfelt song about her 22-month-old daughter Blue Ivy.
Titled “God Made You Beautiful,” Beyonce recounts when Blue was born and how beautiful she was.
“You took a breath and the world was right again/ Tears were shed, how I have been blessed/ And your love it shines so bright/ You bring me back to life, back to life/ You make everything right,” sings Beyonce.
Beyonce’s gearing up for the release of her HBO special Life Is But A Dream DVD, which is scheduled for release on November 25.
