The homeowner who shot and killed a man with advanced Alzheimer’s Disease after the lost and confused 72-year-old rang his bell might be charged in the man’s death. Joe Hendrix, 34, walked outside of his Chattanooga, Tennessee home and confronted Ronald Westbrook, who was wearing a light jacket and straw hat in 20-degree weather.
