Drake is OVO forever and he won’t let anything jeopardize his movement, not even a lawsuit.

Last year, New York based jeweler Michael Raphael sued Drake for allegedly stealing his owl design. Raphael says that he created the custom diamond studded owl pendant, and Drake created knockoff replicas for his friends.

Raphael’s company is suing Drizzy for copyright infringement, demanding unspecified damages, and asking the court to force Drake to hand over the owl copies. But Drake is refusing to pay up.

According to TMZ, Drake says the jeweler doesn’t own the design because it’s based on an ancient Egyptian hieroglyph, a symbol that may be more than 5,000 years old. The Toronto rapper has asked the Judge to throw out the case because of bogus claims.

Today, almost every Drake fan associates the owl hieroglyph with Drake and his OVO camp. We’ll keep you updated on the latest details of the case.
