Andre 3000‘s father, Lawrence Walker, has passed away.
Details surrounding his death are scarce, but it is being reported that Walker died of a heart attack.
According to Miss Info:
A spokesperson for Outkast confirmed that André’s father passed away on Wednesday. Straight From the A reports that Walker died of an apparent heart attack after chopping wood for his fireplace outside his Atlanta home.
The news comes less than a year after Andre 3000 lost his mother. Sharon Benjamin-Hodo passed away last May.
