The homie Schoolboy Q has the most anticipated album of the year dropping next week. It seems like all the blogs and hip hop radio are eagerly anticipating Q to unveil his long awaited album Oxymoron. One of the more stand out of the stand out tracks features Wu Tang’s resident Chef Raekwon on a track called Blind Threats. Enjoy and your welcome.

Ashanti has been keeping her name in the convo as of late with a slew of new music and party appearances. Her latest track First Real Love features Dancehall legend Beenie Man still sounding fresh like ‘ Zeem Zeeema Who Got The Keys To My Beama!’ He even threw in a few ‘ziga -zows’ for good measure. Jokes aside this is a great record just in time for the March warm up.

Nate is the name of Vince Staples latest offering. The Cali MC looks to make a name for himself with his new deal on Def Jam. Nate isn’t just full lyricism but a hard baseline with drums that are sure to break a few necks. Seems like we say this every week but, the heatwave continues out of Cali in the dead of winter.

I love Estelle. She never hesitates to surprise you with her talent…needless to say I was surprised when I head her new song ‘Make Her Say (Beat It Up)’ track. It’s Estelle Darlings rapping and sounding way more raunchy than we’re used to. I’m not mad at Mochahantas though.  Every girl including your mama has some bad in her right?

Some of the hottest music I heard this week came out Queens. To my surprise this new ONYX…That’s right, I said it, new ONYX featuring ASAP Ferg and Sean Price called We Dont Fuckin’ Care is grimey like ’95. The track probably won’t get past the mixtape circuit or late nightmixshow. but We Don’t Fuckin Care!
