So this happened.
In Kenya, the pastor at the Lord’s Propeller Redemption Church in Nairobi has found a clever, gross and perverted way to convince his female followers to be closer to the Lord.
Don’t come to church with your panties on.
According to a report in the Kenyan Post, Reverend Njohi banned underwear and bras, saying it prohibits women from feeling close to God. Njohi said when going to church, people need to be “free in body and spirit” so they can receive Christ.
Men, however, are exempt from the rule. Apparently there’s something about masculinity that makes God forget that they too wear underwear. And if a woman decides to walk into the house of the Lord covering her breasts and bottom area, the consequences are grave.
The pastor added there would be grave consequences if his female members did not adhere to the new rule, which was reportedly adhered to as most women are said to have attended the next service with no underwear.
Pastor Njohi even told mothers in his church to check their daughters to make sure they don’t wear underwear to worship.
Which brings the perverted, misogynistic aspect of this to a whole other level. Pedophilia.
We just can’t with any of it, so we’re sending a prayer to the women of this questionable house of worship. Oh, but we’re wearing underwear. It might not get there.
