Chicago’s own Chance the Rapper is blessing us all with the original version of his “Life Round Here (Remix)” titled, “Save Yourself First.”

On this original, incomplete version of UK singer James Blake‘s “Life Round Here” remix, the rapper sings over the melodic track, as James does smooth background vocals. “Save Yourself First” is the duo’s (and roommates) original first track together.

“This was the og idea for me and james’ first collaboration,” explained Chance in a statement. “James never liked this vers.”

Chance is always one for sharing his musical talents with others, including teaming up with Justin Bieber for “Confident,” and with Skrillex on the DJ’s surprise album. He even tweeted Lorde, “hit me up girl,” in hopes of putting together a collabo with the “Royals” singer.
