Future’s sophomore album, Honest, is just 25 days away from dropping. Thank you, Boosie.

The rapper/singer is making the usual NYC-runs. Yesterday, he stopped by The Angie Martinez Show, where he talked about a number of different topics, from his fiancé Ciara’s pregnancy to working with DJ Khalid.

There were two especially interesting moments in the interview: One, he revealed that the next single off of Honest is the Kanye West-featured “I Won.” The singer/rapper said that Hype Williams already shot the video, and it will feature the two kicking it on the beach.

The other interesting portion of the interview was when Future talked about his involvement with Beyonce’s smash hit “Drunk in Love.”

Future said that he demo’d the record for Detail, the song’s producer. He didn’t hear back about the record, so he recorded his own song using the same melody called “Good Morning.” Future went on to say it worked out for everyone, because if he had dropped his album in November, the release of “Good Morning” would have stopped Bey from putting out “Drunk in Love.”

Imagine that?

Check out the interview above.
