Legendary actor Mickey Rooney has died. The famed actor was known for his roles in The Human Comedy, The Bold and the Brave, and Boys Town. With a career spreading over eight decades, Rooney recently shot scenes for Night At The Museum 3 and The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. He was 93-years-old. [Hollywood Reporter]

Minnesota Timberwolves player Dante Cunningham has been arrested for the second time in a week. The NBA player was previously arrested and charged with felony domestic assault on Thursday. His girlfriend of eight months says the power forward busted into her bedroom, grabbed her by the neck and choked her for over 15 seconds. The player was arrested again on Sunday for suspicion of making terrorist threats. [Huff Post]

President Obama has announced his intention to close the gap in pay between men and women. The President plans to direct the Labor Department to change polices regarding compensation that differentiates between genders. The bill is set to move forward, but does not have enough Republicans standing behind it. [AP]

So this happened. A drunk driver was arrested on Sunday while wearing a t-shirt reading, “Drunk As Sh*t.” The 21-year-old Oregon native was all smiles as he posed in his mugshot for a number of charges. After driving his car onto a sidewalk and hitting a parked car, the man also assaulted his girlfriend. He was charged for drunken driving, reckless endangerment, harassment and strangulation.  [Jezebel]
