Dwyane Wade is winning this year, and not just on the court.
The Miami Heat NBA champion is set to wed actress Gabrielle Union this August in their home city of MIA. TMZ got ahold of the Save The Date placard, which reveals that the upcoming nuptials are scheduled for August 30th.
The heart-shaped reminders feature D. Wade’s sons holding up signs that say “Nickie, will you marry us?” ‘Nickie’ is a nickname for Union, whose middle name is Monique.
The couple, who got engaged back in December, have publicly discussed wedding plans, but it’s not until now that the exact date has been revealed.
