Singer/Actor Jamie Foxx and DJ Mustard are currently being slammed with a new lawsuit that claims they stole the song “Party Ain’t A Party” from another artist. DJ Mustard’s lawyer said in a recent statement: “DJ Mustard did not grant any rights to a third party to exploit the recording, ‘Party Ain’t A Party,’ and, accordingly, this claim against DJ Mustard has absolutely no merit.” A Foxx insider also said the allegations are “not true.” Nontra Records is seeking $150,000 in damages for copyright infringement.
