Good news, folks. It’s happening. After reaching its Kickstarter goal, Meow the Jewels, the remix project from EL-P and Killer Mike – who when together are Run the Jewels – is coming. The project is simple: they will remix their upcoming Run the Jewels 2 album using nothing but cat sounds. The best part about it: proceeds from the remix album will be given to Mike Brown’s family.
