A central Pennsylvania man is being accused of shooting a teenage boy over the weekend, after the boy threw a snowball at him.

Jerquan Shaquille Dickson, 22, shot the 15-year-old after the boy allegedly threw snowballs at Dickson’s car in York, Pa. on Saturday. The teen was shot in the right arm and left thigh, and faces non-life threatening injuries.

From Penn Live:

Witnesses told police they saw Dickson follow the boy until they were out of sight and then heard seven gunshots.

Police say Dickson claimed he fired a warning shot into the air and then several more shots into the snow toward the teenager and his friends.

The accused was charged with felony aggravated assault and reckless endangerment of another person, but has been released on $150,000 bail.
