Kodak Black was arrested again this month, but that may be the least of his worries. Bossip reports that the Florida rapper is tired of his son’s mother, Jammiah Broomfield, demanding money in exchange for letting him see his son King Khalid. Kodak is headed to court to ask a judge for help.

The 19-year-old, who is currently behind bars, sued Broomfield last year to establish paternity and for a 50/50 split of their son. But despite his efforts, a judge rejected the rapper’s custody request last month because Kodak, Broomfield and her lawyer arrived late to the hearing.

Kodak’s lawyer, Raven Ramona Liberty, says that his baby mama is “using the son as an ATM card.” She added that under Florida law, Kodak is entitled to have half-custody of their son, nicknamed “K2,”  and shouldn’t have to pay up every time he wants to see his kid. Liberty added, “He’s a stand-up guy. He’s a 19-year-old man who is trying to be there for his son, and this woman is blocking that.”

Not only has Kodak had to deal with baby mama drama since his arrest last Tuesday, but sources also say that he’s losing thousand of dollars in performance fees while in jail and won’t get his day in court until March 10.
