Jeff Nishinaka is an artist from Los Angeles who makes 3D sculptures out of nothing but paper – white paper to be exact. Nishinaka’s works are intriguing for two reasons: 1. While one may imagine that art made of nothing but white paper would be boring, Nishinaka’s pieces are full of character and depth. 2. They look like they’re made of foam, or some other more mallable substance.

Nishinaka has worked in everything from fine art to fashion to advertising, and has worked with a wide range of companies, such as Visa, Playboy, Bloomingdales, Coca Cola and Mattel.

Be sure to check out his website. It’s full of way more cool stuff.
