The E! News host arrived on the Oscars red carpet tonight to fulfill her hostess duties looking effortlessly flawless in a Tony Ward Couture gown.

The beautiful gown boasts a sheer back with intricate beadings and feather-like accent stitching on the shoulders and sides.
Giuliana switched the look up from earlier look when she donned a red Basil Soda dress with gold details on the red carpet at the 2012 SAG Awards earlier this year.
To top off her ever so glamorous gown, the Fashion Police cast member swept her hair back in to a classy bun and found the perfect balance of color with a deep scarlet lip.
