While Kris claims new testimony from an E! producer proves the marriage was a fraud, others believe it doesn’t prove a thing.
An insider told the New York Post:

Yesterday, the transcript of one of the producers of the Keeping Up with the Kardashians reality show testifying in court was published in Life & Style, revealing that the scene where Kris proposed to Kim was re-shot for a better reaction from Kim:
“She didn’t like how her face looked in the first take.”
While Kris’ camp thinks this is proof the marriage was a fraud, they need to prove Kim married him for publicity, but an insider claims this is actually normal procedure.

“This is normal operating procedure on any reality show,” an insider told the NY Post. “None of this shows fraud, which is what Kris is trying to prove.
“His entire case is based on the premise that he is the stupidest person on the planet,” the insider said, adding that the Brooklyn Nets forward isn’t even interested in getting paid, but rather “just trying to make her miserable.”
We tend to agree with the insider. Kim’s whole life has been portrayed on reality TV for so long that her reality does involve reshooting everything over and over again.
And as we pointed out yesterday, if Kris was complicit in the reshooting, how can he say he was duped?
