Remember a couple of weeks ago when Miguel went all Wrestlemania on some chick during his performance at the Billboard Awards?
Then the Internet had another moment of brilliance?
Well, that saga isn’t over.
Khyati Shah, the audience member who got leg dropped during Miguel’s unfortunate dance mishap, is considering suing, according to E!Online. The site talked to Shah’s attorney, Vip Bhola, and he said that they will consider legal attention, pending the results of Khyati’s medical results.
According to Bhola:
“We will determine that after we have feedback from medical providers.”
What makes the situation funny is that after the back of Khyati’s head met the cold ground, representatives from Billboard interviewed Khyati with Miguel, and she seemed to be in good spirits:
Bhola explains that interview, saying Khyati was in “shock and star struck” at the moment, but her ailments got worse after.
We guess we’ll find out within the next couple of weeks if she’ll sue.
