“Brake” is definitely a different sound from Kid Cudi. The alternative-rock song kicks off with long guitar rifts and strummy bass lines.
Kid Cudi kicks off his new track singing, “No one to guide my way, I’m going blind down the hill, nothing that no one can say, I’m going to find my will to live.”
Kid Cudi told his fans he was going in a different direction musically, and GlobalGrind loves it.
Kid Cudi and Dot Da Genius plan to drop their new WZRD album January 30, which is also Cudi’s birthday.
