New York Congressman Anthony Weiner is the latest victim of Andrew Breitbart’s big government games. Thanks to the Daily Kos, they have successfully cracked the case of what is now being called Weinergate.

STORY: Weiner-Gate! Which Congressman Couldn’t Press Delete Tweet Fast Enough?

According to the Daily Kos, the Anthony Weiner sting involved Facebook hacking, Photoshop, fake yfrog photo accounts and a Seattle-area student who received a picture of an erection covered in underwear from the supposed Twitter account of the New York Congressman. Let it be known Rep. Anthony Weiner did not tweet a photo of his junk to a young woman, it was a hoax pulled off by hackers and photoshop artist.

So who is one of the main culprits? They appeared under the Twitter name “patriotusa76,” real name Dan Wolfe. As Daily Kos puts it, Wolfe appeared to have “foreknowledge that something was going to go down,” and Tweeted obsessively about Weiner and “young girls.”

Enter Gennette Cordova, the Seattle-area student who received the infamous erection underwear picture from the Twitter account of Rep. Anthony Weiner (D – N.Y.).

Cordova released a statement to the New York Daily News denying she is Weiner’s “mistress” and cataloging the harassment she received from jeering conservatives on Twitter.

Andrew Breitbart, the conservative journalist, has been boasting on Twitter about the alleged scandal. The final assesment in the Weiner-gate probe went down in this order according to the Daily Kos:

1) The underpants photo did not appear on @RepWeiner’s Twitter.

2) What was alleged by @patriotusa76 to have been tweeted by Rep. Weiner was the LINK to a photo, supposedly the underpants photo.

3) The link does go to Rep. Weiner’s yfrog photo page, but somehow only @patriotusa76 was able to click through and screencap the photo.
