A new Brazilian social media campaign is using geotagged data to expose people who use hate speech online and then hide behind anonymity.
As of Thursday morning, the threats and vandalism continued. Police were investigating an incident at the Columbia campus' Black culture center. Someone spray-painted over the word "black" on the sign to the culture center.
Carlos Anthony Hollins was arrested for sending out a tweet threatening to kill all of the White people in his town of La Plata, Maryland.
