The death of 16-year-old Gynnya McMillen in a Kentucky detention center at the top of the year angered many as details of the girl's passing became public.
Gynnya McMillen was discovered unconscious at the Lincoln Village Regional Juvenile Detention Center in Elizabethtown, Ky.
