Vincent Richardson, 21, was arrested in May 2015 after he and Dantrell Moore were stopped by police while wearing replicas of law enforcement clothing and bulletproof vests. Richardson reportedly confessed the uniform was from a security job and he used it as a disguise while attempting to unlock squad cars and steal belongings.
