Beyonce has received a lot of feedback from her recent GQ shoot but critics are raving that her photos may be too risqué and it doesn’t help that the outtakes from the shoot have just been released either!

Professional photographer, Terry Richardson, shot the R&B songtress’ sexy photos for the February cover of GQ Magazine, which she later released more the behind the scenes footage from the shoot.
An article from the UK Guardian stated:
I never fail to be amazed at the high profile, often A-list women who celebrate their professional success by posing near naked on the covers of allegedly classy men’s magazines, such as Esquire and GQ, and these covers are, to my eyes, becoming increasingly close to porn. […] It’s one thing to submit to this attention-seeking nonsense if you’re a C-list reality TV desperado trying to get on the cover of Nuts; it’s another if you are professedly one of the most powerful women in the entertainment business who has no need of such tactics. Knowles rightly hates the fact that women are humiliated by being paid less than their male counterparts. But they are similarly humiliated by being fed the message that it doesn’t matter how successful, powerful or smart you are – all that matters is how sexually available you are willing to make yourself look.

Beyonce might be causing some controversy, but she doesn’t have time to worry about that since she’s gearing up to sing the National Anthem at the Inauguration ceremony for President Obama.
She recently talked to zap2it about her feelings on the opportunity:
“Every time I am overworked and in a stressful situation, I always think about moments like this,” she says. “And it makes everything worth while. My father grew up in Alabama and my father was escorted to school with security guards. He was one of the few African-Americans in school. There is so much history that we have overcome. And we are growing so much. It is so beautiful that I can make my family and my family’s legacy proud and it is a huge opportunity, for me. I can’t really think about it until it is over. It is too much! There is no way I would be able to sing.”
Sounds like Bey’s got a case of the jitters. This really is huge!
