The fight that took place between Chris Brown and Frank Ocean this week left us all baffled and confused as to what exactly went down.

Frank has already spoken with the cops after briefly going to the hospital with some scratches from their fight, and now, Chris plans to talk to law enforcement.

According to TMZ, witnesses say that the 23-year-old singer threw the first punch in the incident, which is allegedly what sparked the brawl between him, Frank, and their teams.

The site also reports that Breezy claims he didn’t start the fight, and his lawyer says he’s willing to talk to the cops and present his case.

Reports say there is video surveillance that caught the last part of the fight, and that Chris was clean of throwing any punches, as well as Frank Ocean. Their two entourages were the ones seen involved in the brawl.

TMZ reports:

The video, however, is not the be-all and end-all, because it only captured the back end of the fight. The altercation began in the parking lot and no cameras were trained on the action. So it doesn’t show who started it. The fight moved into the lobby, and that’s where the camera captured the brawl.

Chris’ account is radically different from a witness who claims Chris threw the first punch.

This might be great news for Chris after all, even though it still doesn’t explain his visibly swollen hand in his Instagram picture after the fight took place.

It seems like Breezy is trying to take out his anger after receiving criticism from the incident in his own artistic way, since he recently posted a photo of one of his new art pieces!

The painting shows Jesus on the cross, which he captioned: Painting the way I feel today. Focus on what matters!

At least Chris is trying to keep positive after a tough Sunday night. But if Chris is found guilty of starting the brawl, it could be big trouble for the guy – he’s still on probation after all.
