WOW… Miley Cyrus is really pushing the boundries with this one. In what appears to be a slap in the face to all of the critics who have called her out for her racy and provacative ways, Miley holds nothing back in this video.
‘Who Owns My Heart’ appears to be her coming of age video. We get it she is getting older and trying to shed the Disney ‘I am a little girl’ image. Anywho, this new song is sure to get all of the Miley maniacs moving.
