Now that it’s down the Top 5 contestants on American Idol, it’s not easy to say who’s the hottest! Although all 5 contestants are amazingly talented, we’re inspired by James Durbin’s ability to overcome adversity. James was diagnosed with Tourette’s and Asperger’s syndrome which are extremely debilitating neurological disorders. But James hasn’t let his condition slow him down as a performer. His extraordinary talent, coupled with his ability to triumph over obstacles, gets him our vote for Hottest Idol.
