New “X-Factor” U.K. judge Kelly Rowland was electric in a hot pink cocktail dress at the Billboard Music Awards in Vegas tonight.
The Awards returned to TV after a four year absence and Rowland wowed the crowd with her long chocolate legs.
She paired her lipstick with her dress and wore a stiletto sandals that matched stacked oversized bracelets of a similar color. Rowland looked flawless!
