Miley Cyrus is growing up fast! She headed down south near the equator to spice things up in Costa Rica.

Miley performed in the South American country on the international leg of her “Gypsy Heart” tour.

Eighteen-year-old Miley didn’t leave much to the imagination when she rocked out in Costa Rica. Wearing everything from glitter bras to black leather garters, Miley exuded sexy on stage.
