Dope hip-hop group Primary Element, released their latest video “Something Primary” off their album “Ambition.”

Reigning from the DMV, Primary Element is a breath of fresh air in the hip-hop game.

Channeling the charisma and freshness of legendary A Tribe Called Quest, these college educated rappers are undoubtedly the missing link to today’s hip-hop music.

The Dro Victorious-directed video begins with Mike waking up to the greatest ballad ever, Prince’s “Adore.” Soon after waking up, he scoops Steph and Stan and off to the beach they go.

In “Something Primary,” the trio rap about life as they know it.

“On the beach mackin’ and hangin’, Mike spits, “Started at the ground/working harder just to stay at top, and win it/flippin’ on these bars like a gymnast.”
