WHAT: The world of tweet beefs and fake deaths will now have to do without the lyrical genius. Lupe took to the web today to announce his final days of Twitter.
Before allowing Nikki Jean to take over his account, the rapper left fans with these words of inspiration: “i’m quitting twitter. it was fun while it lasted…thanks for the support on #lasers and i will see you all on the road soon…don’t forget…Love Always Shines Everytime Remember 2 Smile….”

WHAT: The queen reigns again as her album 4 continues to sit at the top spot of the charts for the second week in a row since its debut. Bey sold 115,000 copies of the album this week, a 63 percent decrease from its opening week sales. Lloyd joins her on the charts at the No. 10 spot with 26,000 sales in King of Hearts‘ debut week.

WHAT: In now his ninth month of an eleven month sentence, Atlanta rapper has sent us another message from jail, this time with an optimistic “see you in September” signature. The letter posted on his website thanked fans for their loyalty as well as fellow celbrities for their support.
What up world? I appreciate the continued love and support that everyone has been giving me. This chapter in my story will soon be coming to an end and I will be back in the flesh with you sooner than later. In the meantime I want to give a special shout out to a few particular individuals that have been sending me letters, cards, comments, tweets and just overall holding me down.
