Brian “The Beard” Wilson has a lot to be happy about.

He closed out the National League All-Star game with a win and his team, the San Fransico Giants, won the 2010 World Series.

To most sports fans, he can do no wrong and he probably knows this, which is why he decided to go all out and completely left field by showing up to last night’s ESPY Awards in a tuxedo, a full body spandex tuxedo.

The spandex suit was made by Superfan Suits it comes complete with a bowtie. “The Beard” decided, however, to add his own orange clip on the bow tie. With the top and bottom pretty much covered by spandex, all that was left to complete his outfit were his shoes.

As a well known collector of sneakers, it should come as no surprise that he chose to go with a pair of all back “Hayworth Mid II’s” by Y-3 Adidas and a pair of red socks.

He also had a walking stick, a strange mixture of bracelets and a large faced watch on. To complete the look, he sported his now iconic beard in all of its glory.

We don’t know if we would have the guts to pull off the spandex tuxedo, but for now all we can say is, “Rock on Brian … rock on!”

Take a look at some of the pictures of “The Beard” and his spandex tuxedo from last night’s ESPY Awards after the break!
