The Rock ‘n’ roll guitarist and his wife, Perla Ferrar, bought the luxury Tuscan-type mansion in March 2009 for $7.3 million.

The 11,000 square-foot 24/7 guard-gated Mulholland Estate has seven spacious bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a high-glam master suite with a fireplace, built-in wardrobes, glassed-in steam shower, gigantic kitchen that includes two work islands, a pool and rock star style furnishings.

The luxury pad also features a lower level entertainment wing which includes a game room with pinball machines, poker table, fitness room, recording studio and a home theater.

Did we mention your neighbors could be Vanna White, Judge Greg Mathis, Paris Hilton, Robby Williams and Charlie Sheen?
