State prosecutors filed attempted murder charges, along with 73 other counts, Monday against the Dougherty bank robbing gang.

Lee Grace Dougherty, 29, her younger brothers Dylan Stanley-Dougherty, 26, and Ryan Edward Dougherty, 21, are the three siblings that had police hunting for them in a cross-country bank robbing spree that began in Florida and ended in southern Colorado.

Authorities say the Dougherty gang robbed a bank in Georgia and shot at a police officer in Florida and Colorado.
Lee Grace Dougherty, the oldest of the trio was shot in the leg by an officer when they were caught in Colorado. According to court documents, Lee Grace told authorities “I deserved to get shot.”
Lee Grace is charged with 29 counts, Dylan Stanley Dougherty with 23 charges and Ryan Edward Dougherty with 24 charges. Each Dougherty sibiling is being held on $1.25 million bond.
